How delivery times and charges are confirmed
When you send an inquiry from the catalogue, we check stock and calculate delivery to your address. Our reply includes the product price, delivery time and delivery charge. We reply within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time depends on stock availability, the branch holding the model and the size of the shipment. A submersible pump and a fire pump system require different logistics, even for the same address.
Collection from a branch
We have two shops in Tbilisi and one in Batumi. If you prefer to collect your order, mention this in your inquiry. We will confirm which branch has your model and when you can collect it.
Oversized and project freight
Fire protection systems, industrial pumps, compressors and multi-unit orders require separate logistics. We plan these deliveries individually. Include the quantity and destination in your inquiry.
What to check on receipt
If anything does not match, call us on the day of receipt so we can resolve it promptly.
