1. About pn.ge

pn.ge is the online catalogue of PN LLC. It does not process payments or complete orders online. Its purpose is to present product specifications and receive inquiries.

2. Catalogue information is not a public offer

Descriptions, technical parameters and photographs in the catalogue are informational and do not constitute a public offer. Only the written quotation provided in response to your specific inquiry is binding.

Manufacturers may change model designs and specifications without notice. We update the catalogue, but final specifications must always be confirmed in the quotation.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are confirmed in writing in response to an inquiry and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation. A catalogue listing does not guarantee current stock. We check availability after receiving your inquiry.

4. Submitting an inquiry

By completing the inquiry form, you provide contact details so we can reply. Please enter a correct telephone number or email address so our response can reach you.

The form must not be used to send bulk, automated or advertising messages.

5. Technical advice

Our advice relies on the operating conditions you provide, including flow, head, fluid type and voltage. Incomplete or inaccurate information may change the model selected. Installation and operation must follow the manufacturer's instructions.

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, structure, photographs and catalogue database belong to PN LLC or the respective manufacturers. Commercial copying, including automated catalogue extraction or scraping, requires written consent. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

7. Scope of liability

We work to keep the catalogue accurate, but technical errors or outdated specifications may occur. Decisions based on catalogue information do not change the terms of your written quotation. Temporary unavailability or technical faults do not create an obligation.

8. Applicable law

Georgian law applies to these terms. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, if no agreement is reached, in the courts of Georgia.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The latest version published on this page applies, with its date shown below the heading.
