Warranty period for your model
Warranty periods vary by product type and manufacturer. A domestic surface pump and an industrial fire protection system may have different terms. We state the exact period in the quotation before order confirmation and in the accompanying documents.
To check the warranty period for a particular model before buying, mention it in the inquiry form or call us.

How to make a warranty claim
Call us or email [email protected]. Include the model, purchase date and a description of what happened, with photos or video if possible. Technical support will review the case and explain where and when to bring the equipment.
After diagnosis, we confirm whether the fault is covered and offer repair, parts replacement or product replacement.
